What Ryde AI can help you with, what it can see, and why it always checks with you before it does anything.
Ryde AI is the in-app chat assistant you'll find across the rider, driver, merchant, and service provider experience. It's tailored to whichever role you're using — a rider and a merchant see very different capabilities when they open it.
What you can ask, by role

| Rider | Find a restaurant, get a ride quote, ask it to start a food order for you. |
| Driver | Check your stats, ask about referral rewards, review recent trips. |
| Merchant | Ask about today's orders, inventory risk, or your earnings. |
| Service provider | The same as a merchant, plus questions about your bookings and packages. |
Guest mode
If you don't have an account yet, you still get a lighter version of Ryde AI. It can help you browse restaurants and services and get quotes, and it'll usually offer you a discount to sign up — but it can't see or touch any account, because you don't have one yet.
It always confirms before it acts
Ryde AI can look up real information from your account and take some actions when you ask it to. It will never charge you or take a sensitive action without clearly checking with you first.
