Your driver agreement

Why you sign an operating agreement before driving, and how to view it in the app at any time.

Before you can go online and start accepting trips, you'll e-sign an operating agreement with the platform. It's the last step of your application, after your photos and documents are approved.

Why it exists

This agreement sets out how the working relationship between you and the platform works — it protects you as a driver, and it protects passengers, by making the terms both sides operate under clear and official from day one.

It's a real, permanent record

Once you sign, that document is stored as a permanent, tamper-evident record — it can't be silently edited or replaced later. You can open the app and view your signed agreement at any time; it isn't something you sign once and lose access to.

You must sign this agreement before you're able to go online — it's the final piece of your application, and completing it is what allows your application to be submitted.
