Signing your Ryde agreement
Who needs to sign an operating agreement with Ryde, when you'll be asked to, and how to view your signed copy later.
Before you can go live on Ryde as a driver, courier, service provider, or merchant, you need to electronically sign an operating agreement with Ryde. It's a standard step in onboarding, not something specific to you.
Who needs to sign one
- Drivers
- Couriers
- Service providers
- Merchants
When you'll sign it
You'll be asked to sign as part of your onboarding, before your account can be approved and go live. You can't start accepting rides, deliveries, bookings, or orders until it's signed.
Why it's required
The agreement sets out the terms between you and Ryde's operating entity for your market — it's what makes the working relationship official on both sides.
Viewing your signed copy
Once signed, your agreement is available to view in the app at any time — you never have to ask for a copy.
Your signed agreement is a permanent record. It can't be edited after signing — if the terms ever change, you'll sign a new version.
