Working with Ryde: guides for shops, restaurants and service providers
Step-by-step guides for the people who sell on Ryde: what to set up, what to tap when the phone rings, how the money moves, and how we work together.
Welcome to the family. Ryde is one super-app built for the people who do the work in it: the colmado that opens at six, the cook on the pass, the plumber on a moto, the courier with the bag. These guides are written for you, in plain words, one step at a time. Each one starts with the first thing you tap and ends with money in your bank.
Who these guides are for
You have applied, or you are about to. You might be a shop with a catalog, a restaurant with tables and a kitchen, or a provider who goes to the customer. Your Ryde account is the same in all three cases; only the words and the screens change. Pick your guide below. If you have not applied yet, start with Become a merchant.

How to read a guide
- Words in quotes are the exact buttons and screens in the app, in your language.
- Numbered steps are one action each. Do the step, then read the next one.
- A yellow note is a rule that bites. Read those twice.
- Every page exists in English and Spanish. The language link is at the top.
You can also ask the Ryde AI Assistant inside the app. It has read every page here and answers in your language.
