Earnings, payouts, and the Grow tab

Where to see what your store has earned, how payouts work, and how the Grow tab helps you build your business.

Earnings

Your Earnings section shows what your store has made, broken down by order and by day, so you always know where you stand.

Payouts and deposits

Link your bank account once in the Money screen, then tap Request payout whenever you have funds available (some funds need a few days to clear before they're requestable — that's shown right on the button). An admin reviews each request; once approved, your payout history shows exactly what was paid and when, or the reason if it was declined so you can request again.

The Grow tab

Grow gives you a look at how your store is performing and, in the Grow tab on the web and in the app, suggests up to three concrete next steps based on your last 30 days of orders, not generic advice — like selling two items together that customers already buy together, winning back regulars who haven't ordered in a while, or getting ready for an upcoming holiday. A shop also sees items that sell steadily and are about to run out, and items selling well at a thin margin. Every suggestion says why it was made.
