Become a merchant
How to list your restaurant or store on Ryde Eats, what you need to apply, and what onboarding looks like.
Selling on Ryde means your restaurant, grocery store, or shop shows up in Ryde Eats, where nearby customers can browse your catalog and order for delivery or pickup.
What you need to apply
- Proof of your business address.
- The owner's government-issued ID.
- Tax registration, if your business is incorporated.
- Your catalog — the items or menu you want to sell.
What to expect
Like every application on Ryde, yours is a short chain of steps shown clearly in order, and completing every step is what submits your application — there's no separate Submit button to look for. Documents are reviewed automatically in most cases, and anything that needs a closer look is passed to a real person.
Merchant review is deliberately more forgiving than driver review — a messy but genuine document (like a utility bill in a landlord's name) gets routed to a person instead of an automatic rejection. A real business shouldn't be turned away over paperwork that just needs a human look.
Signing your agreement
The last step is e-signing your merchant operating agreement — after that, and once your documents are approved, your store can go live.
