Browse nearby restaurants and stores, build your basket, check out, and track your order from your phone.

Ryde Eats brings restaurants, grocery stores, and shops in your area into one place, so you can order food, pick up your weekly groceries, or shop for everyday items without leaving the app.

Browsing and ordering

Open the Eats section and browse restaurants and stores near you, or search for something specific. Tap a place to see its full menu or catalog, add items to your basket, and adjust quantities or special requests as you go.

Checking out

When your basket is ready, review your order, confirm your delivery address, choose a payment method, and place your order. You'll see the estimated delivery time before you confirm.

Tracking your order

After you order, you can follow its status in the app — from the store confirming and preparing it, to a courier picking it up, to it being on the way to you. Once a courier is assigned, you'll see their live location and can message them through the app.

Some stores prepare orders for pickup instead of delivery — the app tells you which option a place offers before you order.

Tipping your courier

You can add a tip for your courier when you check out or after your order is delivered. Tips go entirely to the courier.
