Sending a package with Ryde's courier service

Book a courier to pick up a package and deliver it to another address, with a pickup code and live tracking along the way.

Need to send something across town? Ryde's courier service lets you book a driver to pick up a package from one location and deliver it to another — no need to make the trip yourself.

Booking a courier

Open the courier option in the app, enter the pickup address and the drop-off address, and add a description of the package (size, what it is, any handling notes). You'll see an upfront price before you confirm.

Pickup code

When your courier arrives at the pickup location, they may ask for a short code shown in your app to confirm they're picking up the right package from the right person.

Tracking and delivery

Once your courier has the package, you can track their location in real time as they head to the drop-off point. Delivery is confirmed in the app — for some deliveries, the recipient may need to confirm receipt or provide a code of their own.

Couriers can't transport illegal items, and Ryde may limit package size or weight depending on the vehicle available in your area.
