Bookings and service packages

How to set up the service packages you offer, how customers book them, and where to see your upcoming appointments.

Your service packages are what customers see and book. Setting them up clearly, and keeping an eye on your bookings list, is most of running your provider account day to day.

Setting up a service package

  1. Name the serviceGive it a clear, specific name a customer would search for, like "Deep clean, 2-bedroom apartment" rather than just "Cleaning."
  2. Describe what's includedSay exactly what the customer gets for the price — which rooms, which tasks, what's not covered — so there's no surprise when you arrive.
  3. Set the priceSet one fixed price for the whole package. It isn't billed by the hour, so price it for the job as a whole.
  4. Publish itOnce it's live, customers can find and book it from your provider profile.

How a customer books

A customer browses your packages, picks one, and chooses an available time slot — the same booking flow as any other service on Ryde. You don't need to confirm each booking manually; it lands on your schedule as soon as it's made.

Seeing your upcoming bookings

Your bookings list shows what's coming up: the customer, the package they booked, and the time slot. Check it regularly so you know what your day or week looks like.

Editing a package's price or description only affects future bookings — it never changes what a customer already booked and paid for.
