Your application: documents and vehicle photos
Why photos come first, how document review works, and what to do if a document is rejected.
Your application is organized in a specific order: photos first, paperwork second, and your agreement last. You always know exactly where you are, and each step unlocks the next as you finish it.
Why photos come first
Photos are the easiest step to knock out — you can take them standing right next to your car, wherever you are, with no documents to dig up. Getting that part done first makes the rest of the application feel shorter, and it also gives us the vehicle photos we need to fill in your vehicle's details automatically.
You don't need to type in your vehicle's make, model, year, plate, or seat count anywhere. We read all of that directly from your vehicle photos. Just make sure the photos are clear and the plate is visible.
Then your documents
- Driver's license
- Government-issued ID
- Vehicle insurance
- Vehicle registration (matrícula)
Each document is checked as soon as you upload it, and most are reviewed within minutes.
If a document is rejected
If something can't be verified — a blurry photo, an expired document, information that doesn't match — that step turns red in your app and shows you the exact reason right there, no need to guess. Fix the issue and re-upload; it gets reviewed again the same way.
Last: sign your agreement
Once your photos and documents are all approved, the last step is e-signing your driver agreement. There's no separate Submit button — the moment every required step is complete, your application is submitted automatically.
