Your Ryde account

How to sign up, manage your profile, addresses, notifications, and payment methods, and how to delete your account.

Signing up for Ryde is phone-first and passwordless — you enter your phone number and confirm it with a one-time code sent to you, instead of creating and remembering a password. That same phone number is how you sign in every time after.

What you can manage

• Profile — your name, photo, and contact details.
• Saved addresses — home, work, or any place you go often, so you don't have to type it out each time.
• Notification preferences — choose what Ryde sends you and how.
• Payment methods — the cards or other ways you pay, kept on file for faster checkout.

All of this lives in your account settings, and it's the same information whether you access it from the mobile app or the website.

Deleting your account

You can permanently delete your Ryde account and your data from the account settings in the app. Because this can't be undone, Ryde sends a confirmation code to verify it's really you before the deletion goes through.

Account deletion is permanent. Once you confirm with the code, it cannot be reversed.
