How do fare estimates work?
Before you confirm a booking, Ryde calculates an upfront fare estimate from your pickup point, destination and chosen vehicle category — base fare plus distance — so there are no surprises at drop-off.
Can I schedule a ride in advance?
Yes. Pick a date and time when you book and Ryde automatically dispatches a nearby driver when your pickup time arrives. You can review or cancel scheduled rides from “Your rides”.
What vehicle types can I choose from?
Ryde offers multiple vehicle categories — from economy to larger vehicles — each showing seats, body type and amenities like air conditioning before you book.
How does the OTP pickup verification work?
When your driver arrives, the app shows a one-time code. Your driver enters it to start the trip — confirming you’re in the right vehicle with the right driver.
How do I pay for my ride?
Choose cash, card or Ryde Wallet at booking. You can also review the full fare breakdown and leave a rating when the trip ends.
