Membership terms
Ryde One is a paid membership. The benefit is a waived delivery fee on eligible store delivery orders (food and grocery) placed on Ryde. Other charges on your order — items, taxes, service charges and any tip — are not waived, and the benefit does not apply to rides, courier sends or home service bookings.
A minimum order subtotal may apply for an order to qualify. The minimum, the membership price and availability are set by Ryde and may change; any change applies to new memberships and renewals, and is shown before you buy. The price displayed on this page is a guide in US dollars — you are charged in your local currency at the exchange rate in effect at the time of the charge.
Memberships paid by card renew automatically each month until you turn off auto-renew, and the card you joined with is charged at the start of each period. You can turn off auto-renew at any time from your Ryde account; your benefits continue until the end of the period you have already paid for. If a renewal payment fails, benefits pause until the payment succeeds.
A wallet pass is prepaid for 30 days and does not renew automatically. It can be extended during its final week. Membership charges are for the period purchased and partial periods are not pro-rated.
