How do I become a Ryde courier?
Sign up, complete your profile, and you can start accepting delivery jobs. Deliver for the whole platform, or accept an invitation from a specific store to be one of their dedicated couriers.
What’s the difference between platform and store couriers?
Platform couriers see every available order nearby. Store couriers are invited by a merchant and get first access to that store’s orders — great if you already work with a local business.
How do earnings work?
You earn a delivery fee on every completed order, tracked in your earnings ledger and paid out in regular batches. Distance-based fees mean longer runs pay more.
How does a delivery actually flow?
Accept a job, head to the store, confirm pickup with the pickup OTP, deliver, and complete the handoff with the customer’s delivery OTP. Both codes protect you from disputes.
Can I drive riders too?
Yes — driver and courier roles live on the same Ryde account. Switch roles in the app and mix rides with deliveries.
