Ryde One Business entitlement
What a merchant or provider integration additionally requires.
COMING SOON — the business surface is not being served yet. Scopes are published so the taxonomy can be reviewed before anyone depends on it.
The business APIs — orders, catalogue, store settings, availability, workforce — are for approved merchants and service providers. Four things must all hold, and they belong to different parties:
- Your organization holds an approved developer application with the relevant scopes.
- The merchant authorized your application, on Ryde, for their store.
- That merchant is approved on the marketplace.
- That merchant holds an active Ryde One Business Agreement.
A developer cannot accept the Business Agreement on a merchant's behalf — it is a commercial contract between Ryde and that business. If it is missing you receive 403 BUSINESS_AGREEMENT_REQUIRED, and the fix is for the merchant to complete it from their own Ryde portal.
