# Ryde One Business entitlement

What a merchant or provider integration additionally requires.

> **Note:** COMING SOON — the business surface is not being served yet. Scopes are published so the taxonomy can be reviewed before anyone depends on it.

The business APIs — orders, catalogue, store settings, availability, workforce — are for approved merchants and service providers. Four things must all hold, and they belong to different parties:

1. Your organization holds an approved developer application with the relevant scopes.
2. The merchant authorized your application, on Ryde, for their store.
3. That merchant is approved on the marketplace.
4. That merchant holds an active Ryde One Business Agreement.

A developer cannot accept the Business Agreement on a merchant's behalf — it is a commercial contract between Ryde and that business. If it is missing you receive 403 BUSINESS_AGREEMENT_REQUIRED, and the fix is for the merchant to complete it from their own Ryde portal.
