Delete your Ryde account

Enter the email address on your Ryde account. We will send you a 6-digit code to confirm the request.

What gets deleted

Your name, email address, phone number and profile photo
Saved addresses, emergency contacts and in-app chat history
Driver or merchant documents, identity-verification records and payout details
All push-notification tokens and signed-in sessions
Any remaining wallet balance, which is forfeited
Your sign-in access — the account closes immediately and cannot be recovered

What we keep, and why

Reviews you wrote keep their rating and text but lose your name.

Records of completed trips and orders, and the payment records attached to them, are retained without your personal details. We are required to keep them for tax, accounting, audit and dispute purposes, for the period Dominican Republic and other applicable law requires. Card details are held by our payment processor, Stripe, under its own retention obligations — Ryde never stores your full card number.

This cannot be undone. Deleting your account does not cancel a trip or order that is still in progress — finish or cancel it first. If you drive, deliver or sell on Ryde, collect any outstanding earnings before you delete.

If you cannot use this form

This page deletes the Ryde account (Android package com.ryde.mobile, published by Ryde Technologies) that the email address belongs to. If you signed up with a phone number and can no longer reach that email, write to [email protected] from any address, including the phone number you sign in with. We verify the request against the account before acting on it and complete it within 30 days.
